Exchanges and returns

Caboco is dedicated to offering the best experience to its customers. This also extends to the exchange and return policy, marked by an effort to meet any and all customer needs.

If for any reason you are interested in exchanging/returning a product, you have 14 days after receiving the piece to do so.

Conditions

Although exchanges/returns are accepted for 14 days, except for defective products, products will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product shows no signs of use;
  • Be returned in full.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Caboco reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return and the respective refund.

To begin the exchange/return process, you must make the request to the e-mail (contact@cabocoart.com) including proof of purchase, and whether you wish to exchange or return the product and the reason for the request. In case of exchange, include the reference of which Caboco product you wish to exchange for.

After the order is authorized, you have 14 days to send us the product(s), otherwise the process will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping

To send your products you should follow these instructions:

  • Place the well-conditioned product inside its original packaging or, when no longer possible, inside similar packaging that ensures equal or greater protection to the part;
  • Place the package inside the box for shipping. You can use the same box that we send you, however, you must ensure that it has no labels from previous shipments;
  • Put the return authorization and proof of purchase inside the box;
  • Verify that the products meet all the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Send the box with the requested documentation to:

Regardless of the shipping method chosen for exchange/return, keep the receipt until the entire process is completed. We do not refund return postage.

The exchange/return request will be handled upon receipt of the box. The status can be queried via email: contact@cabocoart.com.

Reimbursement

The refund is processed via the same payment method or bank transfer to the IBAN indicated, within 30 days of receipt of the box.

In the case of a refund request for products purchased at a reduced price due to a special offer/campaign, the amount to be refunded will be the amount actually paid, not the full amount.

We do not refund shipping costs.

We do not refund return postage.
